Chairman’s Message

The world has been characterized by constant changes in recent years. The textile and apparel industry is no different. To survive in the increasingly competitive market, one has to be vigilant and be ready to respond quickly to the changing business landscape.

GPRO Technologies Berhad has been working to position itself to be in close partnership with the garment industry. GPRO products and services have reached ten Asian countries. Some of our clients are major players in apparel manufacturing, especially in Asia.

We will continue to invest in R&D to develop and enhance existing products for the industry. At least 45% of our total workforce is involved in R&D. We are also committed to become a multi-product company. Our aim is to launch a new product every year.

We will be spreading our wings to cover more countries with a high concentration of apparel factories. In order to enhance our services to our clients we have set up offices in Hangzhou (China) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and have engaged local staff to run them. It is our policy to empower local talent. In this way we can also provide more efficient services to our clients in the respective countries.

We are very optimistic of our company’s outlook based on the response we have received from the international market about our products and services. The projected growth of the textile and apparel industry worldwide looks set to increase in a greater degree in the near future. And we will make full use of the opportunity.
