The Board of Directors of GPRO Technologies Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company shall extend its existing ESOS which is expiring on 28 April 2009 for another five (5) years until 28 April 2014. This is in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. The Proposed ESOS Extension is not subject to any approvals from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission and the shareholders of the Company. Appropriate notices will be served to the eligible ESOS grantee in due course.
