The G.PRO Shopfloor Data Tracking (SDT) System is a real-time shop floor data collection and feedback system designed specifically to meet your production control and management needs.

The system automates data collection and enables real-time production status feedback and online analysis when you want it.

The traditional (manual) job ticket or recording system cannot produce critical production related data on time. Manual data collection is laborious and error prone.

G.PRO SDT is a total garment production solution, not merely hardware or software alone. Our G.PRO SDT replaces all conventional job tickets with our SmartTag technology (it is also more robust and holds more memory at a lower cost), which is a read/write tag. The G.PRO SDT allows you to have real-time information at your fingertips. Your operators will each have a SmartTerm terminal that captures vital production data at the sewing table, in real-time, and will transmit the data through our computer networks. Data is then accessed through the G.PRO Infomaster Software suite which presents live production data on demand in the form of user friendly graphs and reports.
